Mindy Spencer has been in sports and fitness since she was in junior high. She played in many sports and lifted weights to improve performance. After high school Mindy competed for years in the IFBB as a NPC National qualifying Figure bodybuilder for years. Deciding that the grueling demands of bodybuilding on her body and her life she decided to find other outlets for fitness.
Mindy was introduced to hot yoga and within six months as a student she realized this was where she needed to be. She is a Yoga Alliance RYS certified instructor and fitness coach. She has taught numerous styles of yoga and finds her love and passion is helping others achieve a fulfilling yoga practice and a healthy lifestyle.
On top of teaching yoga, Mindy conducts fitness classes that combine yoga poses, weights, plyometric and body resistance training. Incorporating both worlds of weight training and yoga students/clients can see changes not only on a physical level, but inwardly as well.
She offers one on one training, small group classes, workshops, teacher mentoring and much more. Depending on what your fitness aspirations are, Mindy can help get you to your goals one breath at a time.
Prices: 50min sessions
All group yoga classes $15 per person
One on one fitness/yoga instruction $55hr. "bring a buddy" only $25 extra.
Posture Yoga Clinics (2 hour class)
$40 per person
I always recommend Dr. Earle when people ask me where I go for my back care! No pressure or need to pre pay for months in advance. I just come when I need to and also get my wonderful massages from Krys! Love to feel papered and actually take care of myself once in a while:) Fantastic staff, all around!
